Originally from Bolivia, South America, Maria Miller has lived in the U.S. since age 10. After moving to Hawaii in 1976, Maria obtained her real estate license there in 1978. With almost 40 years in real estate, Maria has accumulated a vast amount of knowledge and experience.

Maria is the President and Principal Broker of Horizon Properties, Inc. and since 2007 the Horizon team has had the pleasure of assisting, both local and off-island, investors to purchase a couple of hundred investment properties here in Guam. However, Maria’s passion is helping first time home-buyers realize they can own a home they never thought they could afford. Maria has also assisted hundreds of Veterans to buy homes not only with NO DOWN but also with little or no $$$ out of pocket for closing costs.
